Let employers come to you.
Waajiri wakutafute. Put your experience and the pay you expect in the pool, without your name. Employers send you an intro with the role and the salary. You decide who gets to know who you are.
Takes two minutes. If you have shared a salary, your profile starts prefilled from it.
Name and email appear only after you accept an intro.
How it works
Your title, field, location, years, skills and the pay you expect. Prefilled from the salary you already shared.
Employers see your experience and expected pay, never who you are. Hide from your current employer with one click.
Each intro names the employer, the role and the pay on offer. No pay figure, no intro. It expires after 7 days.
Accepting shares your name and email with that employer only. Declining stays anonymous, always.
- Anonymous until you accept an intro
- Hide from specific employers or go invisible with one switch
- Members only hiring signals: which fields are getting intros this month
- Your expected pay sits next to the field median, so you ask with confidence
Questions people ask
Can my current employer see me?
Not if you hide them. Add any employer on Mshahara to your hidden list and your card never shows to anyone sending intros as that employer.
What exactly is hidden before I accept?
Your name, email and work email. The card shows your title, field, location, years, skills, work setup, expected pay and whether your work email is verified.
Do I have to accept every intro?
No. Decline and the employer learns nothing about you.
Is the salary I shared linked to my profile?
Only to prefill it for you. Employers see the expected pay you type, never your salary entry.
Why does an intro to me cost more points?
Experience, a verified work email and a complete profile raise the price. It is a signal to employers that you are worth the ask, and it filters out casual senders.
