E-learning Advisor
About the role
NMB Bank Plc is looking to hire an E-learning Advisor on a 2-year fixed-term contract at its Head Office in Dar es Salaam. The role holder will support the design, development and evaluation of learning programmes for NMB Bank employees, working with subject matter experts and human resources teams to develop interactive training materials using multimedia technologies, instructional design principles and learning management systems. Responsibilities: - Design and develop interactive online courses using instructional design principles and learning management systems. - Produce audio and video learning materials using multimedia technologies. - Work with subject matter experts and human resources teams to develop training content. - Manage the course review and approval process. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes. - Report on learning outcomes to management. - Provide classroom and online training support. Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in ICT Mediated Content Development, Multimedia Technologies and Animations, or a related specialisation.
- At least 2 years of experience in learning and talent development, training or a similar role.
- Experience using e-learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia or comparable applications.
- Knowledge of multimedia development, HTML5, CSS and JavaScript.
- Bachelor’s degree in ICT Mediated Content Development, Multimedia Technologies and Animations, or a related specialisation
- Experience in learning and talent development, training or similar roles (at least 2 years)
- Experience using e-learning development tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia)
- Knowledge of multimedia development, HTML5, CSS and JavaScript
