Hospitalist Physician (AI training, remote)
About the role
micro1 is engaging Hospitalist Physicians to contribute their medical expertise to a customer project focused on inpatient care and documentation standards. Your work helps train next generation AI systems. Pay: USD 100 to 120 per hour. Contractor, fully remote. What you will do: Review medical records, including FHIR data and clinical notes, for AI training. Check whether clinical information and claims are supported by the medical record. Review inpatient documentation, including HPI, PMH, assessments and plans. Follow clear guidelines and apply the same standards consistently. Identify missing, incorrect or inconsistent information in medical records. Share feedback to help improve AI models and data quality. Apply through micro1. Key requirements
- MD or DO, board certified in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics or Hospital Medicine
- Current or recent inpatient or hospitalist experience (within the last 2 years)
- Strong understanding of inpatient documentation and hospital workflows
- Comfortable reviewing clinical notes and raw medical record data
- Strong attention to detail and able to follow guidelines consistently
- Chart review, clinical documentation improvement, utilization review or medical coding QA experience is a plus
