About the role

Mercor connects experts with leading AI labs to train and test frontier AI models. This is Mercor's standing pool for designers and creative professionals who want AI training and evaluation work. New projects start often and are matched from this pool. Pay: USD 60 to 80 per hour. Part time, remote, set per project. What you will do: Write creative briefs from work you delivered, with a reference answer. Grade AI design, writing and imagery on craft. Flag answers that look right but would fail in real life.

Key requirements

• Professional experience in design, writing or creative production
• Clear written communication
• Comfortable with unclear tasks and willing to flag them
