Key requirements

• Knowledge of banking compliance and corporate governance requirements
• Knowledge of AML/CFT/CPF compliance, customer screening, and transaction monitoring
• Knowledge of data protection compliance and applicable regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to conduct risk-based compliance reviews and monitor corrective actions
• Ability to monitor regulatory changes and coordinate implementation
