About the role

Turing is a San Francisco based research accelerator for frontier AI labs. It wants physics experts to write and solve hard problems that test large language models. Contractor, fully remote, with possible extension. What you will do: Design and solve hard physics problems that probe AI limits. Write clear step by step solutions. Work with AI researchers on areas where models struggle, like multi step reasoning. Help build benchmarks from undergraduate to PhD level topics.

Key requirements

• Pursuing or holding a Masters, PhD or postdoc in Physics, Applied Physics or similar
• Strong at solving complex physics problems
• Able to explain physics simply
• Good written English
• Laptop and good internet
