About the role
Mercor connects experts with leading AI labs to train and test frontier AI models. This is Mercor's standing pool for electrical engineers who want AI training and evaluation work. New projects start often and are matched from this pool. Pay: USD 70 to 120 per hour. Part time, remote, set per project. What you will do: Write circuit or systems problems from your work, with a reference answer. Grade AI circuit design, noise, stability and timing analysis. Flag answers that look right but would fail in real life.
Key requirements
- An electrical engineering degree with design, test or systems experience
- Clear written communication
- Comfortable with unclear tasks and willing to flag them
