About the role

We are looking to hire a Network & Distribution Head for Karimjee in Dar es Salaam to lead network or retail development, including franchise or dealer network development. What you will do: Deliver site or network roll outs supported by documented return cases Manage after sales and service centre economics Conduct deal structuring and partner negotiations, including working with Legal teams on agreements Collaborate effectively across different business units Use approved AI tools for research and business cases, while verifying outputs against source evidence Develop franchise or dealer networks Location: Dar es Salaam. Key requirements

• Degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or Economics
• MBA (advantage)
• Proven experience delivering site or network roll outs supported by documented return cases
• Experience in after sales and service centre economics (strongly preferred)
• Experience in deal structuring and partner negotiations, including working with Legal teams on agreements
• Strong knowledge of network economics and project delivery
• Ability to collaborate effectively across different business units
• Ability to use approved AI tools for research and business cases, while verifying outputs against source evidence
• 10+ years of experience in network or retail development
• Experience in franchise or dealer network development (required)
