Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree in gender studies, social sciences, public health or development studies
• Five years of professional experience in community engagement or gender equality
• Three years of experience implementing gender-transformative interventions
• Three years of professional experience in an international organisation
• Knowledge of English
• Existing right to live and work in Tanzania
