About the role

micro1 is engaging Equity Research Experts for a customer project on advanced financial analysis, modelling and sector insight. Your work helps train next generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is needed. Pay: USD 175 to 300 per hour. Contractor, fully remote. What you will do: Review and contribute to datasets modelling real world equity research. Analyse earnings reports, perform estimate revisions and synthesise peer benchmarking. Write detailed evaluations of company models: revenue, margin, cash flow and valuation drivers. Produce concise research summaries and event driven updates. Develop and explain investment theses. Identify industry trends, sector metrics and company catalysts.

Key requirements

• Extensive experience as a sell side Research Associate owning company models and written research, or as a publishing or lead Research Analyst
• Independently covered several companies through multiple earnings cycles
• Able to connect business drivers to financial outcomes and valuation
• Deep expertise in at least one sector, for example banks, insurance or biotech
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
