About the role

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Humanities, Social Sciences or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, including about 2 years in a supervisory role
• Understanding of employee and industrial relations and labour and employment legislation
• Understanding of trends, regulations and legislation relating to the cement manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in ERP systems and office applications
• Excellent administration, organization, communication, presentation and business writing skills
• Strong problem-solving ability, professionalism and integrity
