About the role
Kasulu Sugar Company (Mufindi Paper – Kasulu Sugar Project) is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor for the Kasulu Sugar Project in Kigoma, Tanzania. The ideal candidate will oversee daily workshop operations, lead technical staff, coordinate maintenance schedules, and manage heavy machinery logistics to ensure seamless execution. Responsibilities: - Supervise daily workshop activities, workflow, and technical staff to ensure efficient project execution. - Coordinate workshop logistics, parts procurement, and supply chain activities to minimize equipment downtime. - Oversee routine servicing, preventive maintenance schedules, and major repairs for heavy machinery & vehicles. - Ensure all work meets strict quality standards and that workshop safety protocols are strictly followed. - Manage daily task allocations, coordinate with field teams, and maintain clear maintenance logs and records. Key requirements
- 12+ years of proven hands-on experience in a similar field, including workshop management.
- Minimum degree in Automotive Engineering.
- Strong supervisory capabilities

- Deep understanding of heavy equipment maintenance, spare parts coordination, and workshop logistics.
