About the role
Paones General Trading Company Limited is seeking ambitious, energetic and results-driven Sales Executives in Dar es Salaam to identify business opportunities, promote ICT products and technology solutions, build customer relationships and achieve sales targets. Paones General Trading Company Limited (Paones) is a Tanzanian ICT and technology distributor and solutions provider based in Dar es Salaam. It supplies enterprise hardware, software, networking, power/solar and security solutions, and provides installation, maintenance and support services to enterprises, government institutions, schools, banks and resellers across Tanzania and the wider region. Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, ICT, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development or account management
- Technology sales experience and a proven record of meeting sales targets is an advantage
- Knowledge of ICT products and services, including telecommunications, software and hardware, networking and cloud solutions, cybersecurity, CCTV and access control systems
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Lead generation and customer relationship management skills
- Customer-focused and results-oriented approach
