About the role

Mercor connects experts with leading AI labs to train and test frontier AI models. This is Mercor's standing pool for teachers, tutors and instructional designers who want AI training and evaluation work. New projects start often and are matched from this pool. Pay: USD 30 to 85 per hour. Part time, remote, set per project. What you will do: Write teaching problems from your own classroom, with a reference answer. Grade AI explanations and lesson material for learners. Flag answers that look right but would fail in real life.

Key requirements

• Professional experience teaching, tutoring or designing instruction
• Clear written communication
• Comfortable with unclear tasks and willing to flag them
