About the role
Mercor connects experts with leading AI labs to train and test frontier AI models. This is Mercor's standing pool for physicians who want AI training and evaluation work. New projects start often and are matched from this pool. Pay: USD 115 to 150 per hour. Part time, remote, set per project. What you will do: Write clinical vignettes from your practice, with an attending level answer. Grade AI diagnostic reasoning and workups. Flag answers that look right but would fail in real life.
Key requirements
- A medical degree with board certification and a current, unrestricted licence, in active or recent practice
- Clear written communication
- Comfortable with unclear tasks and willing to flag them
