Tanzania-Based Freelancer Network Manager
About the role
UTU DUKANI is a new digital marketplace operating across Tanzania. The platform allows buyers to submit requests for products or services and receive offers from verified sellers, restaurants, entrepreneurs, and service providers in their locations. We are looking for a Tanzania-based Freelancer Network Manager to help establish and manage our nationwide field freelancer network. Key Responsibilities: 1) Recruit and coordinate zonal, regional, district, ward/shehia, and local freelancers. 2) Guide field freelancers in registering genuine buyers, sellers, restaurants, entrepreneurs, and service providers. 3)Train freelancers on how to explain and promote the UTU DUKANI App. 4)Monitor verification status, active referrals, monthly targets, and performance. 5)Prevent fake, duplicate, or unauthorized registrations. 6)Submit weekly and monthly recruitment and performance reports. 7) Support the growth of the UTU DUKANI network throughout Tanzania Mainland and Zanzibar. Requirements: 1) Must be currently based in Tanzania. 2)Strong communication skills in Kiswahili and basic English. 3) Experience in field sales, recruitment, community mobilization, lead generation, or network management. 4)Good knowledge of Tanzanian regions and local communities. 5)Must have an Android smartphone and reliable internet access. 6)Honest, organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently. 7) Experience managing agents, sales representatives, or community teams will be an advantage.
