About the role
Provides direct nursing care, administers prescribed medicines, conducts ward rounds, supervises junior nursing staff, and delivers patient health education at Bugando Medical Centre in Mwanza. Responsibilities: - Provide nursing care to patients. - Administer medicines and treat patients as prescribed. - Adhere to the rules and regulations of DDA. - Provide health education to patients and their relatives. - Supervise junior nursing cadres. - Conduct ward rounds. - Perform any other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
