About the role

We are looking to hire a Personal Banker to grow and manage customer relationships, drive sales, promote digital banking adoption, and deliver exceptional customer service to achieve branch growth and retention targets for I&M Bank in Dar es Salaam. Responsibilities: - Acquire new customers and grow existing portfolios. - Cross-sell banking products, loans, cards, insurance, and digital channels. - Drive customer onboarding, activation, and account utilization. - Manage customer relationships and reduce account dormancy. - Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer issues. - Conduct customer visits, prepare reports, and support branch sales initiatives. Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
• 2–3 years’ experience in sales and/or customer service
• Strong sales skills
• Strong communication skills
