About the role

micro1 is a data lab that helps AI labs and companies train their models. You will use your professional expertise to help train and evaluate AI systems. No AI experience is needed; your domain knowledge is what matters. What you will do: Write, review and debug code across real projects to help train and evaluate AI coding models. Pay: $50 to $70 an hour (USD). Process: apply on micro1, answer the screening questions, then complete a short AI interview (about 20 minutes). Contract role, fully remote, flexible hours.

Key requirements

• Solid professional experience in Python, JavaScript or Java
• Strong problem solving and written English
