About the role

Turing is a San Francisco based research accelerator for frontier AI labs. It wants project and program managers to turn PM methods into clear rules and reference files for AI models. Contractor, remote. 40 hours a week with 8 hours overlap with US Pacific time, part time considered. Up to 2 weeks. Weekend on call availability needed. What you will do: Set rules for AI tools that handle schedules, milestones and resources. Build and check Gantt models, dashboards and dependency formulas in Sheets or Excel. Design realistic scenarios using charters, RAID logs and playbooks. Score and improve AI generated project plans and status reports.

Key requirements

• 3+ years in program or project management, PMO or delivery
• Strong in Gantt scheduling, critical path and status reporting
• Able to turn scheduling logic into spreadsheet formulas
• PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification preferred
• Smartsheet, MS Project or Asana admin skills preferred
