Key requirements

• Knowledge and practical skills in network and digital device support
• Printer configuration and troubleshooting skills
• Hardware troubleshooting and system maintenance skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• IT systems support and troubleshooting experience in an operational environment
• Strong troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to support factory digital systems, production technologies, and operational technology environments
