About the role
Intelligence Securico Limited is seeking qualified, competent, and self-motivated individuals for the position of Technician – Electronic Security Systems in Arusha. This role involves installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining electronic security systems such as CCTV and intruder alarms, conducting repairs, diagnosing faults, and providing professional technical support to clients. Responsibilities: - Install, configure, test, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems. - Install, service, and troubleshoot intruder alarm systems. - Conduct maintenance and repairs of electronic security equipment. - Diagnose technical faults and implement appropriate corrective measures. - Perform site inspections and prepare technical service reports. - Ensure all installations comply with required technical and safety standards. - Provide professional technical support to clients. - Maintain tools, equipment, and assigned company assets. - Perform other duties related to the position as assigned by management. Key requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical field
- At least two (2) to four (4) years of relevant working experience
- Practical experience in CCTV installation, alarm systems, and electronic security equipment
- Good troubleshooting, fault-diagnosis, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience working with a security systems company (added advantage)
