About the role

Turing is a San Francisco based research accelerator for frontier AI labs. It is hiring senior lawyers to create, review and improve tasks that reflect real legal work, so AI models reason better about law. Contractor, fully remote. At least 4 hours a day, up to 40 hours a week, with 4 hours overlap with US Pacific time. Up to 8 weeks. What you will do: Write hard expert legal tasks and model answers. Review and calibrate the work of other team members and own daily quality. Flag edge cases and rubric questions to the lead expert.

Key requirements

• About 5 to 15 years of legal practice, ideally Senior Associate, Counsel or similar
• Law degree and bar admission or the equivalent licence in your country
• Strong contract drafting, review and negotiation experience
• Strong legal research and practical advice skills
• AI evaluation or content review experience is a plus
