About the role
Mwiba Holdings Limited is seeking five experienced Safari Guides to join its team. Successful candidates will be based in Mwiba – Maswa and may be required to rotate to other company properties, providing engaging and informative commentary while ensuring guest safety, comfort, satisfaction, and a high level of service. Responsibilities: - Plan and lead guest tours in line with company standards, providing engaging and informative commentary while ensuring guest safety, comfort, satisfaction, and a high level of service - Organise routes, schedules, and activities based on guest itineraries, weather conditions, and park regulations - Coordinate permits and alternative activities when required - Respond effectively to operational changes and emergencies - Maintain high standards of grooming, punctuality, uniform, and hygiene - Ensure compliance with company, park, safety, and regulatory requirements - Work effectively with colleagues, supervisors, guests, and other stakeholders How to apply: Send your CV to: recruitment@kdtl.co.tz Subject: Application – Guide
Key requirements
- Certificate in Driving
- Certificate from a recognised vocational institution
- Valid driving licence
- At least 5 years of professional driving experience
- More than 3 years of relevant experience as a Safari Guide
- Fluency in English
- Strong computer literacy
- Strong communication skills
- Good decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules
- Ability to support operational needs
