About the role

Mercor connects experts with leading AI labs to train and test frontier AI models. This is Mercor's standing pool for operators who have run a business function who want AI training and evaluation work. New projects start often and are matched from this pool. Pay: USD 90 to 120 per hour. Part time, remote, set per project. What you will do: Write operating problems from work you ran, with a reference answer. Grade AI operational analysis, forecasts and metrics. Flag answers that look right but would fail in real life.

Key requirements

• Professional experience running or analysing a business function
• Clear written communication
• Comfortable with unclear tasks and willing to flag them
