Key requirements

• Degree in Marketing or Business Administration from a recognised university; an MBA is an added advantage
• 8-10 years of corporate sales experience in the telecom, banking or manufacturing industries
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior management role
• Ability to motivate people to increase sales and productivity, with excellent analytical skills
• Strong negotiation, organisational, teamwork and time management skills
• Customer-centric, self-motivated and able to operate in a performance-driven organisation
