About the role
Mercor connects experts with leading AI labs to train and test frontier AI models. It needs hands on mechanical engineers with real product experience for an engineering AI research project with a leading technology company. Pay: USD 100 to 120 per hour. Part time, remote, up to 40 hours a week. What you will do: Review designs, analyses, test plans and troubleshooting approaches. Judge whether AI generated engineering solutions are correct and practical. Spot wrong assumptions, risks and design flaws.
