Private Banking Relationship Manager (Chinese Speaking)
About the role
Stanbic Bank Tanzania is looking for a Chinese-speaking Private Banking Relationship Manager in its Personal & Private Banking segment at Kinondoni Road, Dar es Salaam. The role holder will grow, maintain and retain a portfolio of private banking customers in line with the segment value propositions, related initiatives and activities aimed at creating value for the client and the bank. Responsibilities: • Grow, maintain and retain a portfolio of private banking customers, including Chinese-speaking clients, in line with the segment value propositions. • Drive related initiatives and activities aimed at creating value for the client and the bank. • Deliver sales, service and relationship management to affluent and private banking clients, including credit applications. • Provide personal investment advisory and wealth management solutions to clients, drawing on knowledge of financial markets. • Apply banking processes and procedures, and identify and report risk within the client portfolio. Key requirements
- First Degree in Business Commerce, Finance and Accounting or a related field.
- Ability to speak Chinese, as required for this Chinese-speaking role.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in sales, service, relationship management, credit applications and financial acumen, with a proven sales track record in the financial services industry.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in personal investment advisory, wealth management and financial markets.
- Preferred: CISI, CFP and Certified Securities & Investment certification.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, consumer banking product knowledge and customer understanding.
