Key requirements

• Master's degree in public health, gender studies or social science, plus a bachelor's degree in medicine, nursing, public health or social science
• Seven years of experience designing and implementing large youth-focused health programmes
• Five years of experience working with gender-transformative approaches
• Five years of management experience in an international organisation, including line management and oversight of annual budgets above EUR 650,000
• International professional experience outside the country or region of assignment
• Knowledge of English and Kiswahili
