Assistant IT Technician
About the role
Supports the IT team with installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, cybersecurity, and end-user support to ensure smooth and reliable technical operations at Smartuna Technologies Company Limited in Dar es Salaam. Responsibilities: - Assist in installing and configuring computers, software, and network devices - Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and provide timely support - Perform routine maintenance and backups of systems and equipment - Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights - Support the IT team in ensuring cybersecurity and data protection - Maintain accurate records of IT assets, equipment, and support activities - Provide support to end-users and assist in resolving technical issues How to apply: Submit your Motivation Letter and CV by email to: info@smartuna.co.tz
Key requirements
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic computer hardware, software, and networking knowledge
