About the role

Mercor connects experts with leading AI labs to train and test frontier AI models. This is Mercor's standing pool for biotech scientists who want AI training and evaluation work. New projects start often and are matched from this pool. Pay: USD 110 to 125 per hour. Part time, remote, set per project. What you will do: Write development problems from programmes you worked on. Grade AI process and assay development work. Flag answers that look right but would fail in real life.

Key requirements

• Professional or research experience in biotech, bioprocess or therapeutics
• Clear written communication
• Comfortable with unclear tasks and willing to flag them
