About the role

The Residence Zanzibar, a five-star villa-only resort near Kizimkazi, is looking for a Guest Relations Officer who is fluent in French and English to deliver professional, personalised service to guests. Responsibilities: - Welcome guests and act as a point of contact throughout their stay at the resort - Handle guest requests and concerns professionally and resolve problems promptly - Communicate with guests in French and English, both verbally and in writing - Use the PMS OPERA system to support guest services - Maintain a high level of professionalism and luxury service standards at all times How to apply: Send your application to: recruitment-trz@theresidence.com

Key requirements

• Fluency in French and English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• At least 2 years of experience in a luxury hospitality environment is preferred
• Familiarity with PMS OPERA is an added advantage
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle guest requests and concerns professionally
• Confident and able to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
• Fluency in French
• Fluency in English
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• At least 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality
• Familiarity with PMS OPERA
