Engineer Grade II - Electrical and Electronics - 2 Positions
About the role
We are looking to hire 2 Electrical and Electronics Engineers Grade II for the Tanzania Electric Supply Company Limited (TANESCO) to assist in the design, testing, inspection and maintenance of electronic systems and equipment. Responsibilities: - Assist in designing electronic systems, products, software and components for electronics applications. - Assist to create testing procedures and maintenance for electronic equipment and components. - Assist in designing, monitoring, inspecting, testing and diagnosing problems and causes in improving and maintaining electronics systems. - Assist in design modifications and equipment repair. - Assist in inspection of electronic systems, instruments and equipment to ensure they meet applicable regulations and safety standards. - Perform any other related duties from time to time as assigned by Supervisor. Key requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical and Electronics) or relevant qualification from a recognized institution
- Registered as a Graduate Engineer with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB)
- Tanzanian citizen not above 45 years of age
- Public Service employees and retirees from the Public Service are not eligible
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical and Electronics) or relevant qualification
- Registration as a Graduate Engineer with ERB
