Exciting Opportunity: Hiring a Content Lead, Strategy, Delivery & Performance to run our Swahili channels end to end. We are a growing digital platform producing impactful content in the Swahili language. Towards Eternity is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and proactive Lead Content Producer & Channel Manager to take full ownership of the Swahili social media channels. The successful candidate will be the primary person responsible for the management, growth, and overall performance of these localized accounts. This role goes beyond standard social media management; it requires a visionary who can strategize, conduct interviews, manage localized production teams, and drive consistent audience growth. Remote · Full-time · Long-term You may have worked under titles such as YouTube Channel Manager, Content Producer, Content Strategist or Video Content Manager. This role covers all of that, with the decisions included. Key Responsibilities: Plan the content: Research what works for the Swahili audience and decide what the channel publishes. Build and run the content calendar. Grow the channel: Views, subscribers, retention and engagement across YouTube, Shorts, Reels, Facebook and TikTok. Watch the analytics, act on them, and fix what underperforms. Produce original videos: Create original content natively in Swahili, not translations.
