Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or a related field
• Relevant master’s degree and professional certification
• Minimum of 7 years of HR experience
• 3 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labour laws and HR best practices
• Excellent leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strategic thinking skills
