About the role
K-FINANCE is seeking an experienced and well-connected Independent Non-Executive Director to strengthen its Board’s capabilities in business growth, operational efficiency, and strategic partnerships. This non-executive board role involves contributing to the institution’s growth and strategic direction, particularly in opening and entering new markets, developing and structuring strategic partnerships, supporting business growth and revenue expansion, strengthening operational efficiency, and providing strategic oversight and governance at Board level. Key requirements
- Proven experience in market entry and business expansion in Tanzania and/or Africa.
- Background in telecommunications, mobile money, or financial services with strong commercial understanding.
- Demonstrated track record of developing high-value strategic partnerships.
- At least five (5) years of senior board or executive leadership experience.
- Strong professional networks among Tanzanian business leaders, sector bodies, and financiers.
