• Tour operations, product management or destination marketing experience
• Safari and tourism product knowledge
• Presentation and sales training skills
• English communication and storytelling skills
• Commercial awareness and analytical skills
• Ability to develop itineraries, travel packages and destination sales narratives
• Ability to identify markets, distribution channels and business opportunities
• Willingness to travel frequently within Tanzania
