About the role

I&M Bank is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking to drive portfolio growth, manage key corporate relationships, acquire new business, maximize revenue, and ensure sound credit, risk, and compliance management. Responsibilities: - Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients. - Acquire new business and drive lending, deposits, and fee income. - Cross-sell banking products and identify ecosystem opportunities. - Support credit processing, monitoring, and portfolio quality. - Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and credit requirements. - Monitor risks, client performance, and reporting obligations. - Lead, coach, and manage Relationship Managers where applicable. Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• MBA in Finance or Marketing is preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience as a Relationship Manager.
• Strong financial analysis, relationship management, sales and communication skills.
• Good understanding of credit, risk management, banking regulations and market trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
• MBA in Finance or Marketing (preferred)
• Minimum 6+ years’ experience as a Relationship Manager
• Strong financial analysis skills
