About the role
Mercor connects experts with leading AI labs to train and test frontier AI models. This is Mercor's standing pool for software engineers who want AI training and evaluation work. New projects start often and are matched from this pool. Pay: USD 70 to 150 per hour. Part time, remote, set per project. What you will do: Write engineering problems from systems you shipped, with a reference answer. Grade AI written code and system design. Flag answers that look right but would fail in real life.
