Radiography Technician II
About the role
Supports radiographic imaging services, patient preparation, radiation protection, contrast-agent procedures, and exposure setting at Bugando Medical Centre in Mwanza. Responsibilities: - Ensure that radiation protection is maintained in the department. - Assist the Radiographer-in-Charge with the preparation and administration of contrast agents. - Prepare patients for further procedures. - Assist the Radiographer in setting controls for correct exposures. - Perform any other related duties assigned by the supervisor. Key requirements
- Radiographic imaging and patient preparation skills.
- Knowledge of radiation protection.

- Registration with the Medical Radiology and Imaging Professional Council.
- Diploma-level training in radiography or medical imaging.
