Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, Customer Experience, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in loyalty programs, customer retention, CRM, partnerships, marketing, or customer value management.
• Competence in loyalty and rewards management.
• Campaign management skills.
• Customer analytics and segmentation skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms.
