About Vouch Vouch is a new Kenyan app that helps market traders buy, sell and get paid through M-Pesa, built on trust between traders. We are launching in Gikomba, Toi and Kongowea markets in November 2026. The role We're looking for field agents who know these markets and can help traders get started on Vouch. You will work on the ground, in person, with traders at their stalls. What you'll do Introduce Vouch to traders in your assigned market and help them sign up on the app Verify traders' identity through the app's ID check, following our process exactly Help each trader make their first sale or payment on Vouch Follow up with your traders so they keep using Vouch after the first month Send a short daily report through the agent app Experienced agents may lead a zone and support a small team of agents What we're looking for You live in Nairobi (near Gikomba or Toi) or Mombasa (near Kongowea) Fluent Swahili and good English; Sheng or other local languages are a plus You know how market traders work, from experience trading, selling or working in a market Comfortable with M-Pesa and smartphone apps, and able to explain them simply Honest and careful with people's personal information Your own Android smartphone A valid Kenyan National ID How you're paid This is an independent contractor engagement. Pay combines a daily rate with bonuses for traders who become active and are still active after 30 days. There is no bonus for sign-ups alone; we reward real, active traders.
