Business Banker
About the role
We are looking to hire a Business Banker to manage and grow the business banking portfolio for small and medium enterprises, focusing on increasing deposits and assets. The role involves reinforcing the branch sales strategy, improving customer satisfaction and retention, and achieving budgeted business goals. Daily tasks include appraising customer proposals, building customer relationships through visits, and preparing customer profiles for cross-selling opportunities in Dar es Salaam. Key requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized institution
- Professional Qualifications AKIB, CPA (K), ACCA (Added Advantage)
- Master’s Degree in Business Related field (Added Advantage)
- Minimum 5 years of working experience
