About the role

micro1 is a data lab that helps AI labs and companies train their models. You will use your professional expertise to help train and evaluate AI systems. No AI experience is needed; your domain knowledge is what matters. What you will do: Use your real GitHub work to build coding tasks and reference solutions that test AI models. Open to engineers anywhere in the world. Pay: $50 to $100 an hour, paid per task (USD). Process: apply on micro1, answer the screening questions, then complete a short AI interview (about 20 minutes). Contract role, fully remote, flexible hours.
