About the role
Lead Top Universe NGO’s operations in Tanzania, including local partnerships, programme delivery, team development, growth strategy, and expansion of access to technology education. Responsibilities: - Lead all Top Universe NGO operations in Tanzania - Build and manage partnerships with local organizations, educational institutions, and other relevant stakeholders - Oversee programme delivery and ensure activities meet established quality standards - Recruit, manage, mentor, and develop local team members - Develop and implement a country-specific growth strategy aligned with the organization’s mission and objectives - Represent Top Universe NGO at local events and engage with the wider community - Track, monitor, and report on country-level performance metrics and social impact - Identify opportunities to expand access to technology education across Tanzania - Coordinate with global leadership to align local operations with the organization’s overall strategy How to apply: Locate the Country Manager – Tanzania vacancy and follow the instructions on the application page.
