About the role
Abdulrahman Al Sumait University (SUMAIT) in Zanzibar seeks three Assistant Lecturers or Lecturers in Geography for its Department of Social Studies. The successful candidates will teach geography courses, supervise students, and contribute to research and community service. What you will do: Teach undergraduate courses in Geography and prepare lecture materials and course outlines Organise and supervise geography field work and practical sessions Set, administer, and mark tests, assignments, and examinations Supervise and mentor students, including research projects Conduct research and publish scholarly work in Geography, and take part in departmental and community service Location: Zanzibar.
