About the role

Mercor connects experts with leading AI labs to train and test frontier AI models. This is Mercor's standing pool for researchers in the life, physical and social sciences who want AI training and evaluation work. New projects start often and are matched from this pool. Pay: USD 60 to 120 per hour. Part time, remote, set per project. What you will do: Write research problems from your own field, with a reference answer. Grade AI analysis, statistics and conclusions. Flag answers that look right but would fail in real life.

Key requirements

• A graduate science degree with research experience
• Clear written communication
• Comfortable with unclear tasks and willing to flag them
