About the role
We are looking to hire a Medical Specialist II (Maxillofacial Surgeon) for Ocean Road Cancer Institute (ORCI) in Dar es Salaam. This is a Full-Time, In-office position focused on providing specialized surgical services related to cancer care of the head and neck. Responsibilities: - Provide expert medical care in Maxillofacial Surgery. - Perform diagnostic and reconstructive surgical procedures for cancer patients affecting the head, neck, and oral cavity. - Collaborate with oncologists and other specialists in treatment planning. - Contribute to medical research and training initiatives at ORCI. - Adhere to professional ethics and patient care standards. Key requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent degree.
- Master's degree or postgraduate specialization in Maxillofacial Surgery.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
