Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA, ACCA, or an equivalent professional qualification is preferred
• Experience in accounting or finance operations, preferably within the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting systems, financial reporting, and reconciliation procedures
• Knowledge of VAT, PAYE, SDL, and tax returns
• Proficiency in Sun Systems or similar accounting software is an added advantage
• Good analytical, organisational, and leadership skills
• High levels of integrity, accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism
