About the role

Turing is a San Francisco based research accelerator for frontier AI labs. It is looking for practising doctors in any specialty to test and improve how AI systems handle clinical reasoning. Contractor, fully remote, flexible hours around your clinical work, up to 30 hours a week. One month, with possible extension. What you will do: Design evaluation frameworks for medical AI. Write clinical scenarios that test AI reasoning and decisions. Find gaps in AI medical knowledge. Work with AI researchers to improve the models.

Key requirements

• Licensed doctor in active clinical practice, any specialty
• Experience with clinical decision making and evidence based medicine
• Interest in how AI can support clinical practice
• Strong analytical and communication skills
